Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and process designs to support business needs.
• Evaluate and communicate technical impacts of application configuration decisions across teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Configuration Engineers to define and deliver integration requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date integration design documentation reflecting all changes.
• Perform root cause analysis for integration issues and develop action plans for resolutions.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Nike's policies, processes, and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of HR data.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need proven experience in software integrations, particularly with Workday. Key qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in building integrations and software development.
• 2+ years with Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI payroll connectors, XML, and XSLT.
• 3+ years integrating systems with third-party vendors.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP), EDI, and flat file integrations.
• At least one full Workday implementation with demonstrated technical expertise.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• Advanced knowledge of software implementation lifecycle, SaaS applications, and Agile frameworks.
