Role Overview

As a Software Engineer II, ITC in Nike's Data Integration team, you'll shape, modernize, and scale the Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform. This full-time role in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, focuses on Axway technologies, AWS cloud services, and automation to serve business and engineering teams worldwide. With 2-5 years of experience, you'll drive operational efficiency, troubleshoot complex issues, and build self-service tools that empower Nike's ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will blend hands-on development, platform ownership, and innovation:

• Develop and maintain self-service capabilities for configuring file transfers in the Axway MFT platform.
• Design intuitive self-service features to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Leverage AWS technologies like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and Terraform IaC to automate tasks and boost efficiency.
• Manage platform maintenance, including OS, database, and application patching with operational automation.
• Diagnose and resolve file transfer issues, providing timely on-call support.
• Analyze platform problems and coordinate with vendors like Axway for enhancements.
• Build automations enhancing security, reliability, maintainability, availability, and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably in MFT environments.
• Strong expertise in Axway Secure Transport 5.5 and Axway Sentinel administration/development.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Terraform).
• Hands-on scripting/programming, Jenkins CI/CD, Git version control.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and MySQL/Oracle databases.
• Excellent debugging skills, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication.
