Role Overview

As a Software Engineer II - O9 Configuration, ITC, you'll join Nike's dynamic Supply Chain Planning & Technology organization. This full-time position involves configuring, maintaining, and enhancing O9 planning solutions to align with Nike's enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will focus on hands-on O9 configuration and support:

• Configure, test, and support O9 planning modules based on functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Implement metrics, cubes, dashboards, workflows, and business rules within the O9 platform.
• Manage data integration mapping to ensure accurate ingestion of master, transactional, and planning data.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, validate data accuracy, and conduct root-cause analysis using SQL/PL-SQL.
• Partner with engineering teams on O9 integrations with systems like S4 and BCL.
• Participate in sprint planning, development, unit testing, and UAT support in an Agile environment.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for configuration changes, test scenarios, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, business SMEs, vendor partners, and QA teams.
• Ensure deployments adhere to DevOps, CI/CD, and change-control processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role at Nike, you need:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in configuration or implementation of planning systems, with O9 required.
• Working knowledge of O9 data models, planning modules, UI/Workflow setups, and metric configuration.
• Hands-on experience with O9 Modeler, Demand/Supply Planning configuration, data pipelines, and troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for data validation, mapping, and issue investigation.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, especially inventory planning, forecasting, and deployment.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into O9 configurations.
