Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4-7 years of software development experience, with mandatory expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record in microservices architecture, domain-driven design, RESTful services, and distributed/cloud environments (AWS, GCE, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with TDD using JUnit and Mockito, NoSQL (Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB), relational databases (MySQL, Oracle), and monitoring tools (Splunk, SignalFx, New Relic).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, static analysis, Scrum, and agile principles.
• Excellent communication skills for working with global, diverse teams; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have: Exposure to scalable web apps, front-end tech (ReactJS, Angular), supply chain domains (inventory, order management), or enterprise systems like Manhattan WMS.
