Role Overview

As a Software Engineer III - Fullstack in the ITC team at Nike's Karnataka, India location, you'll join a mission-critical group focused on developing high-throughput, low-latency supply chain platforms. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive innovation from ideation to deployment:

• Contribute ideas for new features and proactively identify technical improvements while collaborating with product teams.
• Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable digital asset management systems and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write clean, well-documented, and tested code, conducting peer code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and usability through agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor, and participate in developing key innovation features for supply chain excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6-9 years of software development experience in collaborative, multi-discipline teams.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and RESTful services.
• Strong React experience for component-driven development, frontend testing, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in distributed/cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.), relational databases (MySQL, Oracle), and monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic).
• Hands-on with CI/CD, unit testing, static analysis, and agile/Scrum principles.
• Excellent communication skills for global teams and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in scalable web apps, supply chain domains (inventory, logistics), Manhattan WMS integration, and Figma prototyping.
