Role Overview

Become a key leader in building the most innovative endpoint security solution at CrowdStrike. This Software Engineer - Sensor, Identity Protection role (Hybrid, ISR) is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and joins the Identity Protection team. You'll deliver detection and prevention of identity-related incidents using the Falcon sensor and cloud infrastructure. Work with an experienced team of developers to establish CrowdStrike's Israeli R&D center. Your focus: building an efficient, lightweight sensor for Active Directory servers and implementing the next generation of world-leading Identity Protection technology. Features span core OS subsystems like file systems, memory, processes, and networking, with shared components across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

Key Responsibilities

In this full-time role, you'll take ownership of major components and projects. Expect to architect solutions, implement core features, and lead efficiently while prioritizing performance and cost minimization. Key duties include:

• Developing high-performance sensors for endpoint security on multiple platforms.
• Participating in identity protection innovations using Falcon sensor and cloud.
• Debugging complex issues like memory corruptions, process contentions, and system performance.
• Collaborating with senior engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining rigorous standards for design, code quality, unit testing, and component testing.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, bring proven expertise in building high-performance software. Required:

• Programming proficiency in C++.
• 5+ years of industry experience developing high-performance products.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Strong experience debugging memory corruptions, process contentions, and system performance.
• Ability to thrive with senior engineers in a fast-paced setting.
