- 5-8 years related industry experience, including minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles
- 2+ years hands-on experience with modern languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or Java, C#, C++
- Proven track record implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legacy architectures and recommend MongoDB modernization strategies
