Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounting Director of the Morocco Shared Service Center, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing general accounting
• Ensuring account reconciliations and monitoring accounting entries
• Handling monthly tax declarations or surveys (VAT, DES, etc.)
• Preparing monthly and annual closings
• Preparing the consolidation package
• Preparing the tax package in collaboration with a local accounting firm in the relevant country
• Providing back-up support on other accounting cycles
• Responding to queries from internal and external auditors
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable standards

Qualifications

Profile : 
You hold at least a Bachelor’s +4 degree in Accounting and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international environment.

You are fluent in French, with proficiency in English considered an advantage, and you are comfortable using IT tools, including Microsoft Office.

We are seeking for our new International Accountant whose main responsibility will be to produce the accounts of one of our foreign subsidiaries, while also being involved in a variety of assignments within the finance and accounting field.
