Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced ARAS Expert to join our team. As an ARAS Technical Lead, you will work with Aras Innovator, a leading PLM platform, to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build custom applications, integrations, and workflows using ARAS technology to enhance product lifecycle management capabilities.

1) ARAS Innovator Customization: Customize and configure ARAS Innovator solutions based on business requirements, including custom item types, workflows, and business logic. Ability to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs)

2) Development & Programming : Develop server-side and client-side code using ARAS Innovator APIs , C#, .Net, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript , and SQL to implement custom features, integrations, and enhancements.

3) Integration : Design and implement integration solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP , CAD , and CRM using RESTful web services, SOAP, and Aras Web Services (IOM) .

4) Customization & Extensibility : Work on ARAS workflows, form customizations, and adapt the user interface to meet client specifications and business processes.

5) Testing & Quality Assurance : Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of custom solutions.

6) Collaboration : Work closely with global development teams, functional teams (business analysts, project managers, etc.) to ensure that technical requirements are met and solutions align with business goals

7) Documentation : Maintain clear and concise documentation for the development, testing, and deployment of ARAS solutions, including user guides and technical documentation

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Information

Required Skills :

1) 6+ years of experience in ARAS Innovator development and customization.

2) Strong proficiency in C# , JavaScript , and SQL . Experience with ARAS Innovator APIs (Innovator Object Model - IOM) for custom development.

3) Familiarity with ARAS Innovator Architecture , including custom item types, workflows, and lifecycle management

4) Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques, including third-party system integrations

5) Knowledge of XML , HTML , CSS , and web development frameworks.

6) Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or SVN Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.

7) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Experience with Aras Innovator upgrades and migrations.

2) Knowledge of PLM best practices and enterprise system architecture

3) Familiarity with Agile methodologies in software development.

4) Aras Innovator certification or other related PLM certifications.
