Small context :

From the start, you will be immersed in our company culture and way of working, understanding all the capabilities we use to serve our clients in their digital transformation journey. You will work closely with the Sopra Steria teams to provide strategic architectural guidance that helps our transportation clients navigate their transition challenges across the digital themes mentioned above.

Your role as Senior Digital Transformation Architect – Transportation "required" :

• You understand like no other the architectural landscape and digital challenges of our transportation customers. Moreover, you are capable and driven to help them design and implement transformative digital solutions while actively growing our advisory agency.
• You master core business processes in the transportation market and can seamlessly bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will:
• Design and architect digital transformation initiatives for railway and public transportation operators
• Lead business framing and solution architecture for key digital themes such as: Transformation Consulting, Cybersecurity, Data, Applications & Integrations, Cloud & Infrastructure
• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints that align IT direction with business objectives
• Create and implement innovative architectural strategies to increase our market share in the Transportation sector, with a focus on digital transformation.
• You will be encouraged and expected to bring innovative architectural thinking, challenge the status quo, and drive growth, both with our customers and within Sopra Steria.

Your profile as Senior Digital Transformation Architect – Transportation "required" :

• Higher degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT architecture experience, with 5+ years in digital transformation for the Transportation sector "REQUIRED".
• Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and digital themes (Transformation Consulting, Cybersecurity, Data, Applications & Integrations, Cloud & Infrastructure).
• Fluent in French and English – Dutch is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation.
• Passion for innovative technology solutions in transportation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on growth and business development
