End to End Technical Solutioning Architecting for global Windchill Implementation with

Experience of working in Windchill implementation projects, with 3 or more years of experience as a Windchill Technical or Process Architect for a minimum of 3 customers with full-scope implementations, product life-cycle management systems, CAD data management, product data management, and associated networking systems.

Complete understanding of the Windchill Architecture and should be able to suggest any architectural improvements needed.

Extensive experience from both user perspective and technical perspective (business administration, configuration, customization, integration)

Have to conduct workshops & conference room pilots to understand and analyze the customer’s business need.

Elaborate and map business requirements into Functional and Technical Solutions.

Responsible for charting Solution Blueprint and other documentation as required

As a solution architect for the Enterprise PLM solution, take full ownership of the technical aspects of the project and work with business stakeholders, internal and external technical teams in delivering the solution.

Will also be responsible for conducting customer trainings, content development and delivery.

Mentor and Develop Junior Consultants to achieve their performance goals.

Excellent knowledge of Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, MPMLink.

Knowledge on Windchill API’s and Data structure.

Excellent knowledge of Java J2EE technologies. Well versed with Webservices

Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints.

Hands-on Experience on upgrade of windchill is must and should have executed some multiple upgrades.

Experience on Legacy Windchill is an advantage.

Should have idea on the technology evolvement in PLM world.

Exposure with Options & Variants, Vendor collaboration, Integration

Should have idea on the PLM ERP integration and way of working.

Very good understanding of Windchill Part/CAD/Document Management, Change Management and Workflow modules

Work experience on Other PTC tools such as Codebeamer, Thingworx etc is an advantage.

Experience in large Windchill Implementation and Migration projects (WBM)Experience with PTC Creo and other PTC software will be added advantage

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.

Experience in Aerospace domain is an additional advantage.

Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Information

Proven experience as a Windchill System Administrator or in a similar role.

Sound knowledge on Windchill architecture.

Should have experience in working with Windchill 9, 10 11 and 12 versions.

Strong knowledge of Windchill PLM software and related technologies.

Proficiency in system administration of Windows and/or Linux servers.

Familiarity with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a team and independently.
