Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain robust active/passive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill Commercial Sales roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Google X-Ray searching, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop tailored sourcing strategies and track progress, sharing insights with hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Market Mapping: Research and map EMEA talent landscapes, monitoring talent flow, market attrition, and identifying companies employing target profiles.
  • Employee Advocacy: Amplify job openings internally and engage our employee network to uncover hidden talent through referrals.
