Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Generate robust active and passive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill enterprise sales positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, sourcing campaigns, Google X-Ray searching, and event attendee lists.
• Champion job openings internally, collaborating with Datadog employees to tap into their networks for hidden sales talent.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, meticulously tracking progress and sharing updates with hiring stakeholders.
• Leverage creative research to uncover off-radar talent, with a strong focus on diverse candidates in cloud and DevOps spaces.
• Map EMEA talent markets, monitoring talent flow, market attrition, and identifying companies employing top enterprise sales professionals.
• Specialize in event and project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting techniques, and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, crafting compelling narratives about Datadog's cloud monitoring platform and culture.
• Drive diversity sourcing initiatives to build inclusive pipelines for our global sales organization.
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to convert passive prospects into active candidates for high-volume EMEA hiring.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years as an established Recruiter or Sourcer with high-volume experience in search firms or in-house tech recruiting teams.
• Proven expertise in passive candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean searches.
• High sense of urgency, exceptional communication skills, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Tenacious, passionate, and creative sourcing professional who thrives on challenging searches.
• Able to manage multiple roles independently while delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Track record of talent mapping and market intelligence in tech sectors like cloud, SaaS, and enterprise sales.
