The Sourcing Advisor in Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role within Cardinal Health's Human Resources function. This position focuses on attracting, identifying, and acquiring skilled talent to support business needs while developing strategies to grow the organization's talent pool. Responsibilities include evaluating and screening candidates via skills assessments, testing, and reference checks, managing internal and external job advertising, and overseeing relationships with third-party recruiting agencies. Candidates should possess 6-8 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in Recruitment Marketing or Branding. Niche recruiting experience is highly preferred.
