Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

• Translate long-term strategies into actionable seasonal costing priorities.

• Influence cross-functional partners with data-driven action plans to mitigate IMU and capacity risks.
• Develop cost reduction proposals and elevate opportunities and risks to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and nurture strong vendor relationships to commercialize products efficiently and consistently.
• Track GTM Calendar timelines and ensure all sourcing seasonal deadlines are met.
• Manage verification and processing of debit/credit notes with offshore vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Lululemon's Sourcing Category Lead - Accessories, you need:

• University or College degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Operations, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience working closely with offshore manufacturers, including factory visits.
• 2-5 years in Accessories product categories, with demonstrated cost negotiation success.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (your best friend) and Power BI as a plus.
• Confidence handling multiple projects with diverse cross-functional partners.

Salary & Benefits
