Position Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Sourcing – Purchasing and Spare Parts Administrator on a fixed-term initial contract in Thessaloniki, Greece. This role ensures seamless procurement of utilities, services, and spare parts, supporting plant operations. Collaborate with teams and vendors to execute purchases, manage inventory, and comply with P2P policies, with opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement and Contracts

• Negotiate and manage contracts for power (electricity & gas), telecom providers, company car leasing, and local suppliers/services.
• Raise JDE orders for parts and hired services, issue dispatch notes, and perform supplier assessments.
• Handle daily goods receipts, purchasing requisitions, approvals, and 3-way match for invoices.

Spare Parts Administration

• Record daily spare parts receipts, deliveries, and orders in systems.
• Conduct monthly rolling and annual inventories for spares and secondary packaging.
• Manage spares warehouse arrangements as keeper.

Compliance and Coordination

• Ensure adherence to Plant P2P purchasing policy, QA/EHS, and SARBOX requirements.
• Maintain daily contact with plant departments and collect/send supplier invoices to SSC.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field with industrial experience.
• 1-3 years in procurement, purchasing, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient English communication and MS Office; ERP experience a plus.
• Target-oriented, organized, analytical team player who manages deadlines effectively.
• Military service fulfilled (for males); solid procurement/inventory knowledge preferred.
