Role Overview

The Spare Parts Supply and Localization Manager position at PepsiCo's Domodedovo Plant in Moscow is a pivotal leadership role within our PO1 operations. This full-time position focuses on optimizing the supply of spare parts, enhancing production efficiency (TE), and driving localization strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Reporting to senior plant leadership, you will spearhead initiatives in Just-In-Time (JIT) supply, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance, and innovative solutions like 3D printing for spare parts management.

This role is ideal for a technically savvy professional with strong project management skills, offering the chance to influence multi-plant strategies across Russia and collaborate with OEM suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead the spare parts supply agenda, driving efficiency improvements and TE growth for various technologies and categories within PO1 plants.
• Implement sustainable JIT and OTIF principles to ensure uninterrupted production through reliable spare parts availability.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems, including automation, to track performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Champion technological excellence by creating standards, conducting audits, and executing improvement plans.
• Search for spare parts analogs to enhance delivery times, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Promote best practices in spare parts management across all PO1 plants and introduce innovations such as 3D printing.
• Balance storage and supply strategies using ABC analysis, consignment stocking, and virtual inter-plant inventory management.
• Provide functional leadership to plant analysts on ordering processes and support plant managers in building robust systems.
• Collaborate with plant directors to identify losses, create roadmaps, and foster inter-regional cooperation.
• Build relationships with OEMs and suppliers while developing team competencies through training and technical academies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A higher technical education degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in related fields such as maintenance management, project management, or engineering.
• Strong leadership competencies, analytical abilities, and project management skills.
• Proven goal-oriented mindset with excellent prioritization, planning, organization, and task control skills.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher for global collaboration.
