Position Summary:

This role is responsible in assigned projects, to modify or develop retail applications. Under limited supervision, modify, create, implement and or maintain application programs and projects.  Maintain department procedures and assist with developing user administration standards. 

Here’s what you’ll do: 

  • Maintain user access requests, role management and provisioning requests across the company. 

  • Research and provide recommendations on software issues. 

  • Responsible to review reports related to user activity to comply internal and external compliance efforts to include PCI and SOX requirements. 

  • Maintain accurate security documentation, graphic diagrams and records for all aspects of implemented user administration technologies. 

  • Develop and maintain documentation of department procedures and assist in the specification of standards for new and existing user administration systems, software, and hardware configuration and installation. 

  • Participate in the maintenance of the corporate security strategy and network and systems security methodologies. 

  • Implement security policies, procedures, and technologies to enhance Information Security through monitoring, control and routine security evaluations. Develop custom software solutions for security system operation, monitoring, and support as appropriate. 

  • Work closely with the Information Technology Computer Support Center to facilitate timely resolution of security related issues and concerns. 

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with corporate and retail network users while delivering superior customer service. 

  • On Call 24/7 rotation approximately every 5 weeks. 

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. 

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • Associates Degree or Retail experience in Information Technology.  

  • 3 years of experience.  

  • Experience in Windows Server, SQL, PC and Network technologies. 

  • Microsoft Office Skills required. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate IT related information in a non-technical manner. 

  • Must have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Must be detail oriented and have good time management skills. 

  • Ability to work in a Team environment. 

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of your time based on department and customer needs.
