CrowdStrike
CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, protecting the people, processes, and technologies that power modern organizations. Since 2011, our unwavering mission has been to stop breaches using the world's most advanced AI-native platform, the Falcon platform. Serving customers across all industries, CrowdStrike ensures businesses run smoothly, communities stay safe, and lives move forward securely. We foster a remote-first culture that empowers every CrowdStriker with flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. Our team thrives on passion for innovation and fanatical commitment to customers, community, and each other. Join us to shape the future of cybersecurity.
As a Specialist, AI Detection & Response (Remote) based in New South Wales, Australia, you'll spearhead CrowdStrike's strategic push to secure Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic applications. Following our acquisition of Pangea, we're expanding the Falcon platform with powerful AI Detection and Response (AIDR) solutions. This role is pivotal in helping customers protect AI agents, models, and workforces amid GenAI's rapid evolution—one of humanity's greatest security challenges. You'll collaborate across sales, engineering, marketing, product, and services to execute AIDR sales playbooks, engage customers, and drive adoption. Ideal for trailblazers who've created product categories and navigated uncharted territories in AI security.
Operate across all GenAI transit points: network, applications, endpoints, cloud, and beyond. Position AIDR to security teams, devs, and AI architects while staying ahead of trends like RAG, MCP, and agentic studios. Expect up to 50% travel and flexible hours for global accounts.
In this full-time role, you'll drive CrowdStrike's AIDR initiative across enterprise GenAI use cases, from workforce tools to custom agentic frameworks. Partner with core sellers to position offerings, collaborate on customer workflows during evaluations and post-sales, and execute marketing campaigns for pipeline growth. Provide ad-hoc support to close major deals, train teams on AIDR capabilities, and relay customer feedback to product management. Stay abreast of CrowdStrike's AIDR roadmap and the GenAI market landscape to educate stakeholders at scale.
Minimum 5 years in technology sales focused on AI security, DevSecOps, cloud security, app security, or product security. Proven success advising C-suite, senior leaders, DevSecOps, and AI architects. Experience navigating procurement for consumption-based models, with MEDDPICC a plus. Excel in pipeline management, presenting complex concepts to large audiences, and building partnerships. Cloud certifications enhance your profile. Ideal candidates are high-energy, charismatic, quick-witted, flexible, creative, and motivated to learn and win.
Be sharp on your feet, think outside the box, and thrive in dynamic environments. Comfortable with modified hours and travel to support global teams.
Embrace CrowdStrike's remote-first culture with unparalleled flexibility. Enjoy autonomy in a mission-driven environment committed to stopping breaches. Access world-class training, innovative tools via the Falcon platform, and collaboration with top talent. Competitive compensation reflects Australia's tech sector rates, plus perks like career ownership, community impact, and growth in a high-stakes field. Up to 50% travel broadens your horizons while securing global AI deployments.
CrowdStrike invests in your success with limitless opportunities. As an AIDR Specialist, you'll pioneer GenAI security, influencing product roadmaps and scaling sales globally. Our culture rewards innovation and customer obsession, fast-tracking high-performers to leadership. Leverage internal mobility, sales training, and exposure to emerging tech like agentic AI. Build expertise that positions you as an industry trailblazer in cybersecurity's next frontier.
Be part of a company redefining security with the Falcon platform's AI-native power. Our remote-first approach and breach-stopping mission attract the best talent. In Australia, contribute to securing GenAI rollouts for enterprises worldwide. With Pangea's integration, you'll tackle humanity's largest challenges, educate at scale, and drive meaningful impact.
