As a Specialist, Customer Order Management, you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain excellence team. Based in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, this full-time position focuses on freight charge validation, invoice processing, and resolving complex billing discrepancies for U.S. customers. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with SQL skills and 3+ years of experience, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment using tools like Salesforce, SAP, TMS, Excel, and Outlook. Expected to apply working knowledge to moderate-scope projects, identify solutions, and contribute to team metrics in daily billing meetings.
Accurately allocate freight charges to General Ledger (GL) or Cost Center (CC) accounts. Validate charge accuracy, connect to product invoices, and ensure seamless accounting integration. Research unmatched customer shipment transactions to match appropriate PO numbers and cost center details for invoicing.
Investigate exception lines, identify customer-specific behaviors causing issues, and develop targeted solutions. Demonstrate proactive investigative skills to resolve technical problems efficiently, supporting small parcel and large freight billing functions as needed.
Participate in daily/weekly billing team meetings to review metrics and open issues. Maintain a productive, positive team atmosphere while achieving job goals. Train and coach peers, showcasing knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and service level objectives.
Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in customer order management, billing, or related fields. U.S. customer relationship management experience preferred.
Intermediate analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Detail-oriented with ability to follow SOPs. Required: Basic SQL knowledge for running/modifying queries. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, SAP, TMS, and multi-system data entry. Ability to handle fast-paced transactional environments and respond to non-standard vendor/customer requests.
