Role Overview

As the Specialist, Facilities and New Stores, Japan, you'll be the subject matter expert in facility management, reporting to the Store Development Director. Based in Tokyo, this role ensures Nike's stores maintain the highest standards of upkeep, supporting fleet expansion and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APLA and Japan, including Real Estate, Retail Brand, IT/Tech, and Operations, to deliver seamless store experiences with strong cost controls.

Key Responsibilities
