We're seeking a Specialist, Industry Solutions based in Dublin, Ireland for our hybrid working model. In this role, you'll position MongoDB as the optimized platform for AI-enabled industry solutions, working hands-on with partner and customer technologies to validate integrations with the MongoDB ecosystem.
As an Industry Specialist, you'll bridge technology and business solutions, translating complex technical concepts into outcome-driven guidance for enterprise stakeholders. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

- Validate integrations: Test industry and AI solutions like security tools, backup/recovery, GenAI platforms, IoT/MQTT, and streaming with MongoDB ecosystem, becoming a subject-matter expert.
- Design test plans: Execute robust, performant, secure integration tests aligned with MongoDB best practices.
- Document expertise: Create concise guides, technical notes, and architectural papers with step-by-step instructions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Co-create architectures, demos, and collateral supporting startups to enterprises.
- Enable stakeholders: Explain patterns and configurations clearly without jargon (not product support).
- Drive improvements: Feedback to product teams on roadmaps, docs, and programs.

Qualifications & Requirements
