Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Administer Global Sales Compensation Plans in Xactly Incent, ensuring electronic distribution and acceptance tracking.
• Perform precise commission calculations for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to deploy worldwide annual plans on schedule.
• Identify process efficiencies and workflow improvements in commissions management.
• Support testing and implementation of sales compensation changes throughout the year.
• Resolve commission cases and exceptions with timely quality support for sales teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale commissions systems with MongoDB growth.
• Deliver ongoing training on Xactly and processes for sales reps and managers.
• Track employee data changes (hires, terminations, promotions) with HR and Ops.
• Prepare monthly accruals and payments plus ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
