As a Specialist Sales Manager, NG SIEM & Onum, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting the growth of CrowdStrike's Next-Gen SIEM and Data Pipelines business. Following our recent acquisition of Onum, we're expanding our offerings with powerful data pipeline solutions that streamline how customers collect, process, and leverage security and operational data. This remote position in Brazil offers uncapped income potential in one of the fastest-growing segments of the technology industry. You'll leverage your technology sales expertise and industry insight to position our industry-leading NG SIEM and Data Pipelines to top Enterprise customers, articulating clear business value and ROI. Build your territory, maximize market adoption, and shape the future of cybersecurity at CrowdStrike.
In this high-impact role, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying, developing, and executing account strategies to close new business and expand revenue across your assigned region, both independently and collaboratively. You'll scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets. Gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, establish and maintain relationships with CIO and CSO-level executives, industry leaders, partners, and enterprise customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Management—to create visibility and drive prospect engagement at all levels. Work with partners to leverage their account presence, and capture accurate prospect information in Salesforce.com.

To succeed, you'll bring 5+ years of high achievement in selling enterprise platform solutions into markets like SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, orchestration, or data management. A solid background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT infrastructure, and application delivery is essential. You thrive in fast-moving environments, with strong presentation skills to engage technical stakeholders and executives alike. Proven success owning the full sales cycle using methodologies like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler is required. Comfort in team-selling, a history of exceeding quotas, consultative sales approach, hunting prowess for new accounts, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a self-starter mindset are key. Be resourceful, professional, and team-oriented—ready to work together and win together.
