The Specialty Operator 1 (PVD) position is a key role in Masco's Technical Services department at the Greensburg, IN plant. Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Operator 1, you'll support production by ensuring efficient PVD operations. Core duties include:

• Working safely, making safety observations, and reporting hazards
• Performing tasks per standard work, control plans, machine set-up, and changeovers
• Operating PVD production equipment to produce acceptable quality parts
• Inspecting parts according to product quality requirements
• Maximizing machine output, uptime, and yield
• Conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning equipment
• Maintaining housekeeping and 5S standards
• Generating ideas, problem-solving with continuous improvement tools

Skills & Qualifications
