  • Develop training and documentation to scale our 3P support model across certified and non-certified centers.
  • Generate data-driven insights to build digital enhancements for better service delivery.
  • Support parts and technical execution for external 3P collision and independent service providers.
  • Deliver industry-leading customer support to ensure external partners thrive.
  • Provide digital assistance for technical and operational questions from 3P centers.
  • Identify training needs and process improvements through direct interactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Engineering & Operations for critical information.
  • Track and manage support tickets in JIRA, completing inquiries on compressed timelines.
  • Engage with 3P centers on program performance, repair quality standards, and best practices.

Expect to handle multiple priorities across geographic locations, working efficiently in Rivian's fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

Rivian seeks candidates with proven expertise in automotive service. Key qualifications include:

  • Collision Repair and Mechanical Repair Degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years in Service or Collision environments, ideally with OEM or dealership exposure.
  • Knowledge of Electric Vehicle estimation (highly preferred for Rivian's EV focus).
  • Experience writing service bulletins for OEMs or dealerships.
  • Deep understanding of collision repair practices and processes.
