Role Overview

The Sr. Account Manager role in Barcelona, Spain, is a pivotal full sales cycle position focused on ensuring regional medium to large enterprise customers thrive with CrowdStrike's next-generation endpoint technology. You'll be the proactive advocate for your clients, driving high adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Balancing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, you'll partner with our renewals team to secure timely contracts at escalated ARR levels while uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts. This role demands a blend of strategic account management, technical sales expertise, and relentless customer focus in the dynamic cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success, Managed Services, and other stakeholders to deliver expected value from CrowdStrike solutions.
  • Manage the full contract renewal cycle, from initial meetings and negotiations to signature, targeting ARR expansion.
  • Achieve quotas for new sales growth by identifying whitespace and creating compelling, value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Act as a customer advocate, building relationships with key stakeholders and champions to drive adoption of the Falcon platform.
  • Consult with customers to recommend additional CrowdStrike portfolio solutions, maximizing ingestion and account potential.
  • Devise and execute tailored account strategies to optimize growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide high-touch service, including escalation of support issues and coordination for swift resolutions.
  • Deliver customer feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Sr. Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you'll need proven full sales cycle experience in account management or net-new logo acquisition, particularly selling complex solutions to technical audiences like engineers, IT, and security professionals. A strong track record in running discoveries, handling objections, implementing multi-faceted strategies (including partner ecosystems), and closing deals is essential. Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler is highly valued. You must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed individual quotas in dynamic, metric-driven roles while juggling multiple priorities.
