  • Act as a customer advocate, building relationships with key stakeholders and creating new champions within accounts.
  • Devise and execute tailored account strategies to maximize growth, provide high-touch service, and coordinate escalations.
  • Consult with customers to recommend additional Falcon solutions, increasing ingestion and platform adoption.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements based on customer insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Sr. Account Manager, bring full sales cycle experience in account management or net-new logos, ideally selling technical solutions to engineers, IT, and security professionals. Demonstrate strong discovery skills, objection handling, multi-faceted strategies (including partner collaboration), and deal-closing prowess. Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler is essential, backed by a track record of exceeding quotas in quota-carrying roles.
