The Sr. Account Manager, Italy role at CrowdStrike, based in Barcelona, Spain, is a full sales cycle position focused on ensuring regional customers in the medium to large enterprise segment succeed with our next-generation endpoint technology. You'll be the primary advocate for Italian clients, driving high adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and growth through upsells and cross-sells. Partnering with renewals teams, you'll manage contracts while uncovering new opportunities within the CrowdStrike portfolio. This role demands a blend of strategic account management, technical sales prowess, and relentless customer focus in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success, Managed Services, and other stakeholders to deliver expected value from CrowdStrike solutions. Build deep relationships with key customers, creating new champions and driving adoption of the Falcon platform.
Manage the full contract renewal cycle—from initial meetings to negotiation and signature—ensuring renewals at escalated ARR rates. Achieve quotas for new sales growth by identifying whitespace, crafting value-based presentations, and recommending additional Falcon modules like threat hunting or identity protection.
Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth. Provide high-touch service, handle escalations, and deliver customer feedback to Product Management for feature enhancements. Consult on portfolio expansions to increase ingestion and value.
Proven full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logos, selling to technical audiences like engineers, IT, and security professionals. Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, multi-faceted strategies (including partners), and closing deals. Track record of exceeding quotas in metric-driven roles, with the ability to balance tasks in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated technical aptitude, quick learning, and comfort with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler. Exceptional written and verbal communication for emails, calls, visits, and presentations. High proficiency in handling negotiations. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Cybersecurity industry experience, SaaS sales background, or advanced knowledge of sales methodologies will set you apart.
