As a Sr. Account Manager, Italy, based in Barcelona, Spain, you will drive success for our regional medium to large enterprise customers using CrowdStrike's next-generation endpoint technology. This full sales cycle role focuses on proactive customer advocacy, ensuring high adoption rates and satisfaction. You'll balance renewals with our dedicated team, while uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand ARR. Fluent in Italian and English, you'll serve Italy-focused accounts, building deep relationships and championing CrowdStrike's Falcon platform to stop breaches before they start.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success, Managed Services, and other stakeholders to deliver expected value from their CrowdStrike investments. Act as a customer advocate, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and creating new champions within accounts.
Manage the full contract renewal cycle—from initial meetings to negotiation, amendments, and signature—aiming for escalated ARR. Achieve quotas for new sales growth by identifying whitespace and crafting value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells from the Falcon portfolio.
Devise and execute tailored account strategies to maximize growth. Provide high-touch service, including escalations and support coordination. Gather and relay customer feedback on feature requests to Product Management, enhancing our platform's capabilities.
Full sales cycle experience in account management or net-new sales to technical audiences like engineers, IT, and security professionals. Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas in metric-driven roles. Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, multi-faceted strategies (including partners), and deal closure.
Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDPICC and Sandler. Exceptional communication for emails, calls, visits, and presentations. High comfort with negotiations and a technical aptitude to master new concepts quickly. Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Cybersecurity or SaaS sales experience, plus advanced knowledge of sales methodologies.
