Role Overview

As a Sr AI Engineer at PepsiCo in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, you'll drive the integration of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions into R&D digital products. This full-stack role combines frontend development, backend engineering, DevOps expertise, and advanced AI/ML implementation on Microsoft Azure. You'll build robust CI/CD pipelines, deploy scalable AI models, and enhance user experiences with technologies like Generative AI, RAG chatbots, and AI agents. Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using React and JavaScript. Seamlessly integrate AI/ML features like chatbots, recommendation systems, and interactive data visualizations to elevate user engagement.

Backend Engineering

Develop and maintain servers and databases for optimal performance. Create RESTful APIs for frontend-backend communication, including AI model endpoints. Manage data efficiently with SQL and NoSQL databases.

DevOps & Cloud Operations

Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Deploy applications on Azure with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration. Monitor performance, automate testing, and ensure seamless updates.

AI/ML Expertise

Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for rule-based engines, natural language processing, and computer vision. Optimize algorithms for scalability and accuracy. Integrate GenAI solutions using Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, and build RAG chatbots and AI agents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (Dash & Flask), Java, PySpark, SQL, and Git for clean, maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js; RESTful APIs; and asynchronous programming.
