Role Overview

The Sr. Analyst, Process Analytics position within Cardinal Health's Continuous Improvement Team is pivotal for transforming business processes in our Global Technology & Business Services division. Based in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, this full-time role focuses on process analytics, data-driven discovery, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You'll disrupt traditional value streams, build smart operating models, and support digital transformation journeys for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Analyst, Process Analytics, you'll play a hands-on role in elevating operational performance:

• Lead process mining initiatives, including variance analysis to identify deviations, complexity, and training gaps.
• Conduct root cause analysis to enable data-driven decision-making across operations.
• Perform process assessments and documentation, creating detailed maps that support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.
• Develop clear business requirements, process simulations, and instructional documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and automation opportunities while working independently with general guidance.

Process Analytics Expertise

Leverage statistical methods for process discovery, metrics definition, and performance visualization. Pilot innovative solutions with minimal risk using target process data analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in BPO or Shared Services, specializing in process mapping and analysis.
• Proven expertise in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt certified required for internals; Yellow Belt preferred).
• Strong skills in business process workflows, workshop facilitation, and developing requirements documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word at basic level), with knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Office 365 visualization.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
