Role Overview

The Sr. Analyst - Transportation/Freight Pay position in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, is crucial for supporting Cardinal Health's freight pay and audit processes. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing logistics solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, logistics providers, customer service, finance, and sales. You'll foster change with internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy in transportation invoicing and system optimization. This full-time opportunity requires availability from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, aligning with global operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this senior analyst role, you'll handle critical tasks to maintain seamless freight operations:

• Assist carriers with aging reports for transportation invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Research and resolve invoice disputes efficiently to minimize financial discrepancies.
• Manually audit middle mile pharmaceutical invoices using advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and IF statements.
• Manage data maintenance in the freight pay system, including adding or removing Cardinal locations, carriers, GLs, and cost centers.
• Provide actionable feedback and drive improvements to enhance the freight pay system.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability in a complex logistics landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or logistics, with exposure to distribution/transportation operations and billing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent, preferably with a concentration in Transportation & Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• Strong work ethic, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and IF statements.
• Basic understanding of carrier pricing, tariffs, and contract rate applications.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize tasks quickly, and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, collaborative interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, high integrity, customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills to build relationships and influence outcomes.
