• Build and deploy LLM-powered systems reducing toil, accelerating remediation, and enhancing decision-making in operations.
• Design robust evaluation frameworks including hallucination tests, regression harnesses, benchmarks, and quality gates for safe rollouts.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines grounded in logs, telemetry, runbooks, and metadata.
• Engineer AI copilots and natural-language interfaces for seamless interaction with operational data and workflows.
• Create frameworks for large-scale automation, such as safe multi-repo code migrations and transformations.
• Apply adaptive AI for anomaly prediction, configuration optimization, and preventive recommendations.
• Collaborate across AI Platform, SRE, Infra, Data, and Security teams, focusing on application logic, correctness, and safety.
• Implement guardrails: prompt injection defenses, PII filtering, constrained decoding, and model observability.
• Build developer SDKs/APIs and human-in-the-loop UIs using orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years total development experience with strong skills in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-based systems to production with measurable impact.
• Expertise in LLM evaluation: benchmarks, hallucination/regression tests, grounding metrics.
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration: LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, agent frameworks.
• Deep RAG knowledge: embeddings, retrieval quality, re-ranking, precision/recall.
• Ability to solve ambiguous ops problems with AI-first solutions and clear KPIs.
