Role Overview

As a Sr Associate - Dispatch and Delivery, you'll play a vital role in our Pharmacy Services & Delivery team. This position involves dispatching drivers, preparing radiopharmaceutical shipments, performing quality control, and executing deliveries across assigned routes using a company vehicle (non-CDL required). The schedule is 40 hours per week, typically Monday-Friday from 1:00am to 9:00am, with occasional on-call rotations (every 8 weeks, Friday 4pm-Saturday 12pm). Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties ensure seamless operations in radiopharmaceutical distribution:

• Dispatch Management: Assign delivery routes to drivers, make real-time adjustments based on demand and traffic.
• Shipment Preparation: Package medications, perform wipes and testing, load/unload containers per DOT safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control testing, equipment checks, and scan orders via handheld tablet for accuracy.
• Deliveries: Drive company vehicle to customer sites, deliver doses promptly, and process returns.
• Maintenance & Support: Maintain vehicles, perform minor repairs, process incoming packages, and handle facility cleaning.

This role requires judgment in moderately complex tasks, with limited supervision and opportunities to guide junior team members.

Qualifications & Requirements
