  • Lead diagnostic analyses to pinpoint root causes of HV Energy Storage System (ESS) failures at customer level using BMS and vehicle data.
  • Support battery production and vehicle general assembly with end-of-line failure data analysis, including on-site travel for cross-functional issues.
  • Partner with Field Reliability, Field Service, Failure Analysis, Battery Production, Plant Quality, and design teams for aligned mitigation actions.
  • Develop and propose enhancements to BMS diagnostic strategies to minimize customer impact and streamline field service processes.
