Role Overview

As a Sr. Business Analyst, Go-to-Market (Remote), you'll optimize Lead-to-Order (L2O) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes within Salesforce. This pivotal role drives business process improvements, leads design sessions, and builds structured requirement backlogs. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Platform teams, you'll ensure seamless solution delivery and adoption. Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce Projects

Facilitate requirement gathering, translate business needs into functional designs, develop prototypes, and create documentation for L2O and CLM initiatives supporting implementation and training.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Partner with stakeholders to document user stories, current/future processes, and requirements. Own functional tasks like testing, training, reporting, and enhancements in Sales Cloud.

Drive Adoption and Change

Champion user adoption, change management, and ongoing process improvements in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience Essentials

Bring 8+ years of business analysis experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce. Deep knowledge of L2O processes, sales operations, and CLM transformations is crucial. Proven success implementing sales process improvements.

Technical Expertise

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred, plus Agentforce experience. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication for presenting to senior leadership.

Education & Soft Skills

Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field. Excel in contract management best practices and sales workflows.
