• Identify deal and partner red flags, conduct due diligence, and monitor pricing/deal structures for irregularities signaling improper conduct.
• Lead transactional and channel risk reviews, investigate findings, determine root causes, and recommend control enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed preventive controls in business systems and strengthen partner screening workflows.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and trainings addressing bribery, corruption, fraud, sanctions (OFAC), and export controls (EAR).
• Integrate with go-to-market teams to provide targeted guidance, deliver trainings, and report on trends, KPIs, and insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years in compliance, trade controls (sanctions/export), fraud/ABAC risk management, or internal audit within multinational environments; SaaS/cybersecurity or two-tier distribution experience preferred.
• Practical knowledge of transaction monitoring, channel risk mitigation, and auditing deal documentation/pricing.
• Proficiency in data science tools/methods to analyze complex datasets, derive insights, and inform recommendations.
• Experience embedding compliance controls into core systems like Salesforce.
• Professional certifications such as CFE, CAP, CAMS, CIA, CPA, or equivalents are highly valued.
