Role Overview

The Sr CLM Analyst role on CrowdStrike’s Global Legal Team is a pivotal technical position within our Legal Operations Shared Services. Based in Pune, India, this hybrid position (5pm - 2am shift) supports the day-to-day operations of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and related tools. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline contract workflows, boost system adoption, and maintain data integrity across the contracting ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our CLM infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting configuration, testing, and maintenance of the CLM platform and associated tools.
• Assisting with system updates, permission management, and user provisioning.
• Maintaining contract templates, clause libraries, and metadata structures.
• Monitoring system performance and data quality, including cleanup and audit tasks.
• Preparing documentation, reports, and dashboards to track CLM KPIs and performance metrics.
• Partnering with the CLM Lead on change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participating in training and onboarding for new users and stakeholders.
• Providing tier-1 and tier-2 support for CLM-related issues.

These tasks ensure seamless contract management, aligning with CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches by enabling secure, efficient processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Sr CLM Analyst at CrowdStrike, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, including CLM systems.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new platforms and technologies.

Bonus Points: Experience with CLM systems like Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis, or Conga; analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau; or prior exposure to legal, procurement, or compliance functions.
