The Sr. Coordinator, Quality Control position within Cardinal Health's Performance Monitoring team is pivotal for maintaining excellence in customer interactions and patient support services. This nationwide field-based role involves evaluating performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement. As a key player in our non-commercial specialty pharmacy operations, you'll monitor calls and cases, analyze trends, and collaborate across functions to uphold the highest quality standards.
