Role Overview

The Sr. Coordinator, Quality Control position within Cardinal Health's Performance Monitoring team is pivotal for maintaining excellence in customer interactions and patient support services.   • Monitoring voice and non-voice team performance for compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Tracking customer experience trends for improvements or celebrations, providing weekly and monthly analyses to leadership.
  • Supporting calibration sessions, leading quality enhancement projects, and conducting root cause investigations with corrective recommendations.

Additional responsibilities encompass gap assessments, upholding HIPAA and regulatory policies, identifying training needs, and optimizing processes for efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Sr. Coordinator, Quality Control, candidates should demonstrate:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or technical certification; a degree in a relevant field is desirable.
  • 3+ years of call quality audit experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in patient support programs, hub services, adverse event reporting, and data trend analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are an asset.
