Role Overview

As Sr. Counsel, eDiscovery (Remote), you'll join our dynamic legal team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. This leadership role drives CrowdStrike's eDiscovery program, supporting litigation, regulatory inquiries, investigations, privacy, and legal operations. Ideal candidates are based near Dallas or Phoenix with some travel, but the position is fully remote within the United States. • Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, HR, Privacy teams for seamless, defensible eDiscovery.
• Manage data workflows, vendor oversight, and project management.
• Serve as SME on emerging regs for data management and privacy.
• Develop policies, procedures, and playbooks for eDiscovery and governance.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking proven experts ready to thrive:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 8+ years in law firms, in-house, or government, focused on eDiscovery and complex litigation.
• Proven negotiation of eDiscovery protocols with counsel and parties.
• Strong command of platforms like RelativityOne, Google Vault, Onna; data governance knowledge.
• Excellent judgment, organization, and problem-solving in high-pressure settings.
• Deep expertise in privacy, info governance, and global regs.
• Collaborative leader with AI adoption experience in legal tech.
• Familiarity with hyper-scaler platforms (Google, Salesforce, Snowflake).

Bonus Points: CEDS certification, regulatory/cybersecurity litigation experience, international privacy regs (GDPR, CCPA), RelativityOne Expert/Master cert.
