The Sr. Customer Success Manager - LogScale/Next-Gen SIEM role (Remote, Mexico) is pivotal in helping customers maximize value from their CrowdStrike investment, particularly our cutting-edge LogScale and Next-Gen SIEM product suite. As a trusted advisor, you'll dive deep into customers' business objectives, driving project success, retention, and expansion. This position demands a self-starter with strong technical acumen in SIEM/SOAR, exceptional customer service, and problem-solving prowess. Reporting to the Customer Success team, you'll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure seamless adoption of the Falcon platform's log management and security analytics capabilities.
