Role Overview

The Sr. Customer Success Manager - LogScale/Next-Gen SIEM role (Remote, Mexico) is pivotal in helping customers maximize value from their CrowdStrike investment, particularly our cutting-edge LogScale and Next-Gen SIEM product suite. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll wear multiple hats to champion customer success:

  • Build and nurture relationships within your book of business, proactively driving engagement, retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop tailored success plans aligned with customer goals, tracking adoption, measurable outcomes, and timelines for onboarding and expansion.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on priorities, product roadmaps, usage patterns, satisfaction, and best practices.
  • Identify risks early, manage renewals, and partner with sales to remediate issues, upsell products, and secure expansions across your territory.
  • Act as the customer's voice internally, surfacing feature requests, insights, and escalations to product/engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Leverage CrowdStrike's technical resources, knowledge base, and experts to resolve complex issues swiftly.
  • Evangelize success stories, secure references, and contribute to company knowledge base for reusable learnings.
  • Participate in team knowledge-sharing on emerging tech like DevOps, cloud security, and complementary tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at CrowdStrike, bring the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Technical Account Manager (TAM) role.
