Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated data pipelines using Python, Airflow, DBT, and cloud databases like Snowflake and Redshift.
• Implement robust data integration solutions from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams and data scientists to automate and support data platform needs.
• Transform structured and unstructured data proficiently for rapid ingestion and dissemination.
• Identify and resolve data management issues to enhance quality, while cleaning, preparing, and optimizing data.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this Sr. Data Engineer role, you need 12+ years of experience in designing and developing data pipeline automation, particularly extracting from Cloud API-based sources. Deep proficiency in scripting languages like Python, complex SQL queries, data modeling, and ETL processes using DBT, Apache Airflow, or equivalents is essential. Hands-on experience with cloud databases such as Snowflake and Redshift is required, along with expertise in CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and source control with GitHub. You should have a proven track record in integrating business data from enterprise applications like SFDC and NetSuite to drive analytics. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline—or equivalent professional experience—is mandatory.
