Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you'll need an advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Bring 8+ years of applied machine learning and research experience, with proven leadership in developing production-grade models. Deep expertise in LLM training and deployment at scale is essential, alongside strong technical leadership, including mentoring teams and driving strategy. Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, cloud technologies, and expert-level understanding of GPU technologies and optimization techniques are required. Outstanding communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and a track record of solving complex technical challenges at scale complete the core profile.
