Proven experience developing large-scale solutions from inception to completion in a leadership capacity is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to transform ambiguous data into actionable insights. Strong leadership is key, with expertise in strategic direction, mentoring, influencing senior stakeholders, negotiations, consensus-building, and facilitation across large cross-functional groups.

Familiarity with management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, Agile practices, and certifications such as Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master are highly valued.
