  • Review Suppliers: Inspect supplier parts to eliminate dimensional build issues at the source.
  • Own Gauging Tools: Maintain Geo fixtures, Cubes, Ring gauges, and PCF for interior/exterior validation.
  • Lead RCA Efforts: Guide cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process standardization with suppliers.
  • Analyze Data: Recommend gauging methods and perform in-depth analysis to resolve special/common cause problems.
