The Sr Director, Medical Affairs position within Gilead's Virology and Inflammation group, specifically the Liver, Inflammation, Respiratory Viruses, and Established Products (LIVE) unit, is a pivotal leadership role in the Medical Affairs Research team. Based in Foster City, California, this full-time position involves managing a team of established scientists and project managers.
