Role Overview

As a Sr. Engineer, CICD - AI Detection and Response (AIDR) at CrowdStrike in Sunnyvale, California, you'll join the AIDR platform team. This hybrid role (2-3 days on-site) is pivotal in building and supporting the software development lifecycle (SDLC) through robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, and deployment strategies. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive platform excellence with hands-on contributions:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (and other platforms) for highly available platform application deployments.
• Address infrastructure needs around deployments, testing, and general support.
• Partner with QA and SDET teams to establish and enforce CICD standards for the development team.
• Support developers with deployments, infrastructure troubleshooting, and coordinating with teams managing external dependencies.
• Diagnose pipeline failures, deployment issues, and bottlenecks; implement fixes to boost reliability and slash deployment times.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics like build times, test coverage, and model efficacy.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive, bring proven expertise:

• 5+ years combined experience as an infrastructure or CICD engineer.
• Hands-on with building Python and Go applications using Docker, GitLab, and Terraform.
• Solid Kubernetes knowledge, including core components, kinds, and pod events like termination signals.
• Proficiency coding in Python, Bash, and Terraform.
• Strong grasp of Git and GitOps principles.

Bonus Points: Experience in security companies, AI Security, or deployments to regional/Gov Clouds on AWS, GCP, OCI. Note: This role requires periodic background and fingerprint checks for government customers.
