RESUME AND JOB
CrowdStrike
CrowdStrike stands as a global leader in cybersecurity, safeguarding people, processes, and technologies that power modern organizations. Since 2011, our unwavering mission has been to stop breaches using the world's most advanced AI-native platform, the Falcon platform. We process nearly 3 trillion events daily, with traffic growing relentlessly, serving customers across all industries who rely on us to keep businesses operational, communities secure, and lives progressing. Our remote-first culture fosters flexibility and autonomy, empowering every CrowdStriker to own their career with limitless passion, relentless innovation, and fanatical commitment to customers, community, and each other.
As a Sr. Engineer, Front End - Infrastructure Foundations (Hybrid) based in Sunnyvale, California, you'll join the frontend team in the Platform group, focusing on authentication and authorization for both internal and external-facing pages. This critical role involves building nuanced, complex table views, designing new components, and iterating on management features to enhance user experience on the Falcon platform. Working with evergreen browsers, you'll push web platform boundaries while handling massive data volumes. Expect a hybrid model with 1-3 office days weekly long-term, or fully remote in emerging locations like Austin or NYC for 18-24 months. Thrive in our distributed, high-trust environment managing your own time.
In this position, you'll be an energetic self-starter taking full ownership of deliverables. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining single-page web applications in JavaScript using Ember.js, participating in code reviews, and collaborating across time zones with remote teams. You'll drive technical aspects, define architecture, coordinate with stakeholders on scope and priorities, and build tools to boost team productivity. Work cross-functionally with UX Engineers, Cloud Engineers, UX Designers, UX Writers, Technical Writers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to solve hard problems while having fun in a collaborative, non-competitive atmosphere.
Deliver high-quality user interfaces that customers worldwide use 24x7 to combat sophisticated adversaries, ensuring seamless authentication experiences integral to CrowdStrike's ecosystem.
Ideal candidates hold a degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years in UI development. Strong foundations in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks are essential, alongside knowledge of accessible interfaces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for remote work. Bonus points for familiarity with Ember CLI, Webpack, Playwright, API development, UI performance optimization, web accessibility testing, enterprise SaaS, or cybersecurity experience. This role requires periodic background and fingerprint checks per government customer standards.
CrowdStrike offers a premium remote-first culture with high trust and flexibility to balance work and life. Enjoy opportunities to learn new skills, mentor peers, and shape team and product direction. Our mission-driven environment prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and customer focus, all while providing the autonomy to excel.
From distributed team collaboration to fun cross-functional problem-solving, benefit from a supportive ecosystem that values your contributions to stopping breaches via the Falcon platform.
Grow your career at CrowdStrike by owning product delivery, driving architecture, and influencing priorities. Our culture encourages initiative, tool-building, and leadership in a dynamic cybersecurity space. With frequent collaboration across product groups, you'll expand expertise in frontend engineering, accessibility, performance, and enterprise-scale systems, positioning you as a leader in AI-native security.
Join a mission that matters: stopping breaches with cutting-edge Falcon platform technology. In a remote-first, high-trust setting, experience limitless passion for innovation amid massive-scale distributed systems. Be part of a friendly, collaborative team redefining cybersecurity, with flexibility in Sunnyvale or other metros, delivering 24x7 protection to global customers.
Primarily Ember.js, but experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is welcome; we'll onboard you.
