Innovate formats like breakouts, panels, fireside chats, workshops, and technical sessions for maximum impact.
Collaborate with product marketing, event operations, creative, and communications teams for integrated content and brand voice. Extend Fal.Con narratives via PR and social channels. Use AI-powered tools to measure performance, satisfaction, and ROI, translating data into improvements.
Manage onsite/virtual logistics including speaker prep, stage management, and flow. Ensure presentations align with strategic narratives in storytelling, clarity, and accuracy. Coordinate with production teams for flawless execution, run-of-show, rehearsals, and post-event asset distribution.
Success demands 12+ years in event content management, conference programming, or editorial strategy, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
